Cymru to Face Austria in U21 September Friendly

Cymru U21s will face Austria in a friendly match at the Hohe Warte Stadium in Vienna, on September 27th (19:30 KO).

The camp will be led by interim coaches David Adams (FAW Technical Director), Rich Williams (FAW Head of Player Development) and Matty Jones (MU18 Head Coach & Women’s Seniors Assistant Coach).

The match will be the start of Cymru’s preparations for the UEFA U21 EURO 2025 qualifiers which will get underway next year. Players born on or after 1 January 2002 will be eligible to take part in the qualifiers.

Broadcast coverage and squad information for the fixture will be announced in due course.
