How Clubs & Schools Can Make a Cymru Match Booking in Three Simple Steps

Cymru’s opening Euro 2024 qualifier against Latvia is just a month away and the family stand is filling fast as clubs and schools, from across Wales, are making group bookings and earning 15% commission on every ticket they sell through the FAW Kickback Scheme.

Some clubs and schools have done this many times but for others, this is a totally new concept and they’ve never realised how they can benefit from getting their families together for an exciting night at the Cardiff City Stadium and the benefits of generating revenue through the scheme.

It’s for those clubs and schools that we’ve created this simple 3-step guide.

1) Get signed-up to our club / school Red Wall Membership Scheme

Membership costs £20 per campaign but enables you to make group bookings and you only need to sell 5 Adult Family Stand tickets for that investment to pay for itself.

Complete this process by filling-in this simple online form

2) Gather the important information

Ask your club’s members who wants to go to the match, how many tickets they want and gather payments. We’d advise setting a reasonable deadline and using a simple online form, like JotformGoogle FormsMicrosoft Forms or Survey Monkey to gather this information and download a spreadsheet with all the information you need.

3) Make your Group Booking

Once you have all this information collated and the money in the bank, you’re ready to make your group booking. All you need to do is download this form, as a PDF, complete the relevant details (don’t forget your club’s bank details to claim your Kickback Scheme money) and sent it back to tickets@faw.cymru

4) (Hang on, I thought this was a 3-step Plan??) Have an amazing time!

Cymru matches really are an experience, from the singing of Yma o Hyd, to the anthem, to seeing our stars in the flesh.

Enjoy every minute as you play your part in developing the fans of the future.
